From day one, you’ll be part of multidisciplinary teams, collaborating on challenging projects and developing technical and interpersonal skills that will accelerate your growth.

To help you get off to a great start, the Graduate Programme includes Young Talent Training – a structured learning journey designed to equip you with the skills to take on the real-world challenges of technology consulting.

Young Talent Training, your first step

An immersive experience on the Graduate Programme to help you enter the world of consultancy in a practical and supported way.

You will have the opportunity to participate in two intensive weeks of learning, collaborating with colleagues from different areas and developing the essential skills that will support your professional growth.

More than just training, it’s an opportunity to build confidence and develop both technical and behavioural skills. Are you ready to start shaping your career in consultancy within a dynamic, collaborative and forward-looking environment?
